After practicing intellectual
property law in the Washington D.C./ Northern Virginia Area, we
decided to return to Hampton Roads to establish an intellectual
property boutique not commonly seen outside of the Washington D.C.
area. We can provide you with sound intellectual property advice
regarding such legal issues as patents, copyrights, and trademarks.
Our qualifications include technical degrees in chemistry,
engineering, biology, and computer science. Collectively, our real
life experiences include design and engineering work, as well as
drafting, examining and/or prosecuting hundreds of patent
applications and other legal documents. Our firm experience even
includes that of a retired United States Federal Judge who has heard
and decided many cases on Intellectual Property matters. Our goal is
to provide the best legal advice regarding protecting and enforcing
